Ridgeline Retreats is a small Truckee crew that manages, cleans, photographs, and answers the phone for every home in our collection — and books guests directly, with no platform fees in between.
Started with one cabin and a snow shovel.
We began the way most mountain hosts do: one family cabin, a binder of handwritten notes, and a promise to treat guests the way we’d want to be treated. The binder became a system, the system became a team, and the team became Ridgeline Retreats.
Today we care for a small, deliberately-curated collection of homes around Truckee and North Lake Tahoe. We keep the collection small on purpose — every home gets inspected between stays, photographed by us, and stocked like we’re the ones arriving Friday night.
Booking direct matters to us because it’s simply a better deal for everyone: guests skip platform fees, owners keep more of their income, and the people responsible for your stay are the same people who took your booking.
